Keep digital copies ready. Nothing is uploaded from this page — the partner app collects documents over an encrypted connection.
- Driving licence (valid, not expired)
- Vehicle registration certificate (RC)
- Vehicle insurance and, for commercial vehicles, a valid permit
- Aadhaar or another accepted identity proof
- PAN card for payout settlement
- A savings or current account in your own name
- One recent passport-size photograph
Vehicles must pass a roadworthiness check before activation. Partners carrying
passengers or goods must follow the prohibited items policy on every trip.

Before you sign up
Is there a joining or monthly fee?
No joining fee and no monthly subscription. Tripzok deducts a platform fee per completed trip, and the exact amount is shown on every offer before you accept.
When do I get paid?
Earnings accumulate in the partner wallet and settle to your bank on the payout cycle shown in the app. Cash trips are adjusted against the same statement.
Can I run more than one service?
Yes. A partner with a bike can take bike rides and parcels; a tempo partner can take goods. Eligibility depends on your documents and vehicle, and our team sets it up during verification.
What happens if a customer cancels?
If you have already travelled towards the pickup, a cancellation fee is credited to you. The rules are the same for every partner and are listed in Refunds & cancellations.
Do I need my own smartphone?
Yes — an Android phone with a working data connection and GPS. The partner app runs on Android 8 and above.
