Questions

The things people ask before their first ride

How is my fare calculated?

Base fare + distance + time, all shown before you confirm. Tolls and parking are added only when they apply, and you see them itemised on the receipt.

Can I cancel after booking?

Yes. Cancel free within the grace window shown in the app. After your partner has travelled a distance to reach you, a small cancellation fee applies. See Refunds & cancellations.

What if I leave something in the vehicle?

Open the completed trip in the app and tap “Report an issue”. We contact the partner on your behalf and arrange the return. Avoid meeting a partner outside the app for this.

How do I pay?

Cash, UPI or Tripzok wallet. Nothing is charged before the trip starts, and the receipt appears in your trip history as soon as it ends.

What can I not send with Parcel?

Anything illegal, dangerous or fragile beyond our packing rules. The full list is in Prohibited items — read it before you book a parcel or goods trip.

How do I become a partner?

Fill the partner sign-up form. Our city team calls you, verifies your documents and vehicle, and activates your account after a short onboarding.
